We are currently looking for a successful manager with a great sales track record and proven management experience to manage our content sales team and build strong client relationships and to drive revenues.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated sales success (online consumer media sales preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated management success (online consumer media sales preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree from a respectable university in business, marketing, finance or a related field (graduate degree a plus)
• Need to demonstrate a client-focused approach, with good judgment about ad programs that will engage users
• Should have an understanding of technical requirements and opportunities within web media, especially online videos
• Steeped in pop culture and digital media used by our users and clients
• Ability to perform complex analysis such as regression and forecasting
• Demonstrated multi-tasking skills

Duties:
• Develop sales strategy for our target market that ensures attainment of BBTV’s sales goals and profitability.
• Develop and manage a robust sales and operations planning system for the sales team
• Manage BBTV’s content sales team (individual and network partner sales on YouTube)
• Assist the top management of the company with the hiring of the new members of the sales team
• Lead, manage, coach, develop and evaluate the performance of the sales team through regular one-on-one and team meetings; conduct and document performance reviews of the sales team (quarterly goals and annual reviews)
• Assess and evaluate training needs of the sales team and to ensure training and development needs are met within budgets
• Ensure all corporate policies, procedures and legal obligations are understood and followed by the members of the sales team
• Work with the sales team to develop, implement and manage accurate sales forecasting
• Continuously track the progress of the sales team and provide regular reports to BBTV’s top management
• Negotiate deals with the clients that embody a win-win framework
• Manage the relationship between BBTV’s sales and content distribution/management teams to set sales strategy and build customer-centric advertising programs

Qualifications & Requirements
– At least two years of experience in client and customer service environment
– Undergraduate Degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited university
– Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and multiple tasks simultaneously (project management experience desirable)
– Must be skilled at building relationships and able to interact with all levels of an organization
– Proficient in using computers especially MS Excel
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Meticulous attention to details, time management and problem solving skills

- Media industry experience (especially online video)  is an asset
