We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to be a part of the BroadbandTV administrative team. You will work alongside our sales and administrative team to build relationships with our Channel partners and address their needs and concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements – At least two years of experience in client and customer service environment – Undergraduate Degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited university – Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and multiple tasks simultaneously (project management experience desirable) – Must be skilled at building relationships and able to interact with all levels of an organization – Proficient in using computers especially MS Excel – Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Meticulous attention to details, time management and problem solving skills - Proven ability to handle tough/stressful situations - Media industry experience (especially online video) is an asset
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and enhance a positive customer relationships, manage their perception and expectations - Provide strategic solutions to clients and the staff to obtain communications objectives and streamline process -Advise customers with respect to the potential benefits, features and capabilities of new or revised services and service enhancement - Resolve issues escalated by the client and communicate significant issues to the management team - Use feedback from clients to adjust operations to meet clients’ expectations - Provide regular reports to the management team
